WatchTower is pre-launch and this Site is primarily an informational and waitlist destination.

Information you submit. When you join our waitlist or contact us as an investor, we collect your name, company or fund name, work email, and any context you choose to share (e.g., how you currently manage AI agents, typical check size).
Automatically collected. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
Cookies. The Site uses only strictly-necessary cookies required to operate. We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that profile individuals.

2. How we use information

To respond to waitlist and investor inquiries and send you product updates you requested.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on (a) your consent (e.g., waitlist sign-up), (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, and (c) compliance with legal obligations.

We are based in the United States. If you submit information from outside the U.S., you understand it will be processed in the U.S. under safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
