WatchTower Agents, Inc. respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

1. Submitting a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its URL on our Site.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or the Southern District of Florida if outside the U.S.).

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may subject you to liability for damages.

6. Our content

Site content, brand assets, and code are owned by WatchTower or its licensors. Third-party marks are property of their respective owners.
