Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses watchtoweragents.com, our forms and APIs, and — once generally available — the WatchTower platform. It is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Violating any applicable law, export control, or sanctions regime.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization.
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, or attempting to disrupt, overload, or degrade the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Automated scraping, credential stuffing, brute-force attempts, or scripted form flooding.
  • Attempting to access non-public areas, data, accounts, or systems.
  • Circumventing rate limits, bot protections, authentication, or security controls.
  • Reverse engineering, reselling, or white-labeling our services without written permission.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or content that infringes the rights of others.

2. AI-specific restrictions

  • Do not use our services to build or operate AI systems that cause unlawful harm, conduct surveillance in violation of law, or generate abusive or deceptive content.
  • Do not submit third-party personal data, regulated health data, payment card data, or classified information to public forms or demos.
  • Do not attempt prompt injection, model extraction, or jailbreak attacks against our systems except under an authorized test agreement.

3. Security research

Good-faith security research is welcome. Do not access other people's data, degrade service, or publicly disclose before we respond. Report findings to security@watchtoweragents.com. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow this policy.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may block, rate limit, suspend, or terminate access — with or without notice — and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@watchtoweragents.com.
